Repurpose, Repurpose, Repurpose your work. For every article you write, for example, post on ezine boards and use as a follow up for future prospects. Record your virtual teleseminars to use as a product or value-add content for your web site or future programs. Look into the legal aspects of this endeavour should your participants be recorded.
Passive Income: consider affiliate programs for products or service you highly recommend or use with your clients.
Secondary Income: develop products from your services such as home study programs, books, virtual audio programs you have pre-recorded, etc.
GCA Masterful Mastermind Group: Join us for complimentary mastermind group of like minded coaches that are building their practice and their coaching skills. We typically meet twice a month by conference call on Tuesday evenings. We have a few open slots. Assessments: Use either Myers Briggs or DISC. Select one. I choose DISC (not Inscape). The assessment shows people what their natural behaviorial tendencies are, so they can adapt their style self, others and situations for improved relationships. It been a very effective tool for teams, sales (building rapport), and especially leadership in enrolling new clients, getting hired as a facilitator, individual coach, or corporate coach. I have an account where you can order the assessment for you, and/or your clients. Some coaches and facilitators choose to charge at cost and some upcharge, and some incorporate with their coaching. Call me with questions, samples, or to order. They also have facilitator kits where you receive your own account. I can help you with this as well. The other assessment I use is an EQ assessment from Talent Smart, and Strengths Finder 2.0. There are also great forms, surveys, and mini assessments in the CoActive Coaches book.
Coaching directories and referral networks: Post your profile on association and organization sites and other coach directory sites like Peer Resources (no cost).
Coaches Console: A coach business system allowing you to coach more clients, managing invoicing, documents, newsletters, etc. Clients love the clients-only web site where they can record and monitor progress on their goals, see my availability and book appointments with me. After researching and asking other coaches, I chose Coaches Console from three other popular systems. It has greatly helped my be more efficient and have my documents and email templates on-line to access when I travel. Plus, my clients really love having their documents and action items on their own website. It does take some time to set-up due to many robust features; however, one savvy coach had hers up and customzied with all her forms in just one day. It's simple, fun, and profoundly effective. Following our passions is like following the bread crumbs that lead to our destiny. This test has been incredibly fun for me and my clients.
