High IMPACT Sales Coaching combines over two decades of sales coaching experience forged and honed in the realities of a fiercely competitive marketplace, with IMPACT's long-standing and highly regarded professional coaching programs.

                  At the end of this program, the sales manager will:

                  Phases of the High IMPACT Sales Coaching & Certification program: Phase 1 One-Day Workshop 8:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M This one-day workshop is designed to train the sales manager on how to coach their sales reps toward increased performance, productivity and professionalism through the application of skills, tools, job aids and techniques presented.

                  Includes a professional Sales Coaching Handbook, DISC Profile, and relevant job aids and tools.

                  Phase 2 Four Follow-Up Coaching Sessions Each Sales Manager will receive four 45-minute personal coaching sessions from IMPACT's personal Sales Management Coach to further reinforce, develop and refine the concepts of this program.

                  Phase 3 Certificate Process Upon successful completion of phases 1 and 2, the Sales Manager may take a written exam. Upon passing, the participant will receive the designation as a Certified Sales Coach.
